1. Shipping Policy (For Physical Merchandise)
This policy applies to all physical products, including t-shirts, caps, and comic books etc.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of ₹50 on all domestic orders within India.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of India.
- Damages: Magician Anchal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
2. Digital Product Delivery Policy (For Magic Videos)
This policy applies to all digital products available for download, such as magic video tutorials.
- Instant Delivery: Your digital products will be available for instant download immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- Email Access: You will also receive an email with a secure, unique link to download your purchased videos. If you have any issues downloading your files, please contact our support team at contact@magiciananchal.com.
3. Event Tickets & Entry Policy
This policy applies to all event tickets purchased on this website.
- Instant Email Delivery: Your event ticket will be sent directly to your email address within minutes after your purchase is completed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.
- Event Entry: To gain entry to the event, please bring either a printed copy of your ticket or have it ready to show on your mobile phone. The QR code or Order ID on your ticket will be verified upon entry.
